Zafar is a New York-based biotech engineer who works with AppliedLabs. In 2016, he founded  ZM LLC after seeing the potential of artificial intelligence in healthcare. Zafar has written many research papers on AI as well as convolutional neural networks  (CNNs), and has developed a web application for medical image annotation and computer-aided analysis. As CTO of NeoLab AI, he coordinates several product development projects.
