Mukaddas is a tech entrepreneur and co-founder of NeoLab AI. She advocated for women’s health and education issues across Central Asia, before moving to the Netherlands, where she earned her master’s degree in Gender Studies from Utrecht University.  Mukaddas cares deeply about technology’s ability to radically change healthcare and improve clinical outcomes. She believes that artificial intelligence (AI) can help save lives in the long term.
